Where to Begin?

 

 The easiest way for most people to begin is with either our Ashtānga Yoga Basics or Saturday Led Class. These classes are open to everyone. You may also take any of our breathing & chanting classes Subscribe to stay up-to-date.

 Mysore Ashtānga Yoga, is our main program. This is an individualized approach to traditional yoga that accommodates all who earnestly want to learn & practice yoga. Please read the following guidelines carefully, and email, text or call if you have any questions:

  • For anyone new to Yoga or new to Mysore Ashtānga, a one-month commitment is required initially to get you started.

  • Already have an established Mysore practice, then come anytime.
