WHERE TO BEGIN?
✦ Where to begin depends on your interest & availability:
1. If you’re looking to practice three or more days per week, you can practice weekday mornings, you want to learn the practice from the ground up, and if you’re able to make a monthly commitment to get started, then you should join the Mysore Ashtanga Yoga class.
2. If the Mysore program doesn’t fit your schedule, or if it’s more of a commitment than you’re looking for, then you can come to either the Ashtanga Yoga Basics (Tue & Thu) and/or the Led Primary Series (Sun).
✦ Ashtanga Yoga Basics (Tue & Thu, 6:30 - 8 pm), and
✦ Led Primary Series (Sun, 8 - 9:45 am):

✦ Mysore Ashtanga Yoga (Mon - Fri, 6 - 11:00 am):
There is a waitlist for the Mysore class. If you would like to discuss when you can join, please email, text or call - be sure to let me know your interest and background in Ashtanga Yoga. If you are visiting from out of town and have an established practice, please contact me.
