WHERE TO BEGIN?

 Where to begin depends on your interest & availability:

The following three classes are the easiest way to begin practicing & learning Ashtanga Yoga:

 Ashtanga Yoga Basics (Tue & Thu, 6:30 - 8 pm), and

 Led Primary Series (Sun, 8 - 9:45 am):

Our weekday morning Mysore program (monthly registration):

  Mysore Ashtanga Yoga (Mon - Fri, 6 - 11:00 am)

This is the best way to learn and practice Ashtanga Yoga. Lots of personal detailed instruction and development of your own practice. Please email, text or call, if you would like to join the Mysore program. Be sure to let me know your interest and background in Ashtanga Yoga.

 Visiting from out of town, have an established practice and would like to practice here, please contact me.
