About the Instructor
David Miliotis has practiced and studied Ashtanga Yoga since 1989, bringing decades of disciplined training within the traditional system to his teaching.

His work centers on developing skill, structural understanding, and long-term competence within the whole system of practice. Graceful movement and aesthetic depth emerge from steady technical development — regulated breathing, coordinated movement, and cumulative refinement over time.
Students are guided toward independence through consistent guidance of the fundamentals, building capacity gradually and sustainably.
Samjiva Yoga has been based in Irvine, California since 2015, serving students throughout Orange County.
